Every Family and Birth is unique. I am invested in your experience as a you meet your baby. However you plan to achieve the birth you desire, wherever you plan to birth and whomever is on your team. I am there to help guide the process.

Prenatals included resources, birth plan guidance, question and answer sessions, previous birth processing, etc. They are unique to each family. They are meant to prepare us to walk your birth path as a team.

Group HypnoBirthing Classes
$450 Per Couple
(Birthing Person + Partner of Support Person)
Taught Live via Zoom
Hypnobirthing is breathing, relaxation, visualization, and fear recognition. Also included in our education series are two online courses: Induction 101, Newborn procedures, Downloadable meditations and affirmations, Handouts including visual affirmations. Full comfort measures and birth rehearsal in class five. Evidence-based education to fully inform you of all your choices for birthing both in and out of the hospital.
Birth partners are a key component in HypnoBirthing and the three of us work side by side to achieve your birthing goals. Educating yourselves and then finding the right care provider is the first step - then classes and then practice.

Private HypnoBirthing Classes

HypnoBirthing Classes taught in the comfort of your home, in person or via zoom. Scheduled as needed to fit your schedule. More intimate and customizable for privacy and personalized support.
Online materials, dowloads, handouts and other materials all provided just like the group classes. But set up in a way that works best for you!
